Billion Dollar Companies which file UDRP's against generic names or really bending the law to suit them.

What are your thoughts on them?

Such as Hugo Boss Inc filing UDRP over Boss.mx (Boss of Mexico, Drug Cartels etc)
http://www.udrpsearch.com/wipo/dmx2014-0031

Enterprise Rent a Car filing UDRP over Enterprise.tv (Television enterprise)
http://www.udrpsearch.com/naf/1512763

Apple filing UDRP over Appla.com (could see it on brandbucket tbh, or APP LA)
http://www.udrpsearch.com/wipo/d2014-0398

At what point is the line drawn?

I examined all the UDRP examples you mentioned, and they all make sense to me.

I don't think being a Billion Dollar company has anything to do with the logic behind the complaints stated in these UDRP cases.

The domainers who owned these disputed domains, had it coming:

1. Their domains all resolve to landing/parking pages that carry direct links to pay-per-click advertisers that are competing against the TM holder. That's a big No-No.

2. None of them (as in zero), filed a response to defend themselves against the UDRP complaint.

I could not find any reason to defend the domainers who owned these domains. Sometimes the WIPO panelists could be one of the craziest lunatics out there, but in this case, i think they made the right decision to transfer the domains to the TM holders.
