It would be nicer is it was "TRAVEL INSURANCE"
.IN from what I have read is not a very popular extension even in India.
.Co.In is more popular (mind you this is what I read so take it for what its worth). I dont live in India, so I can only go from what I read an seen first hand.
I dont think this domain would be with much. The keywords are not there and the extension is limited.
Sorry but I would say Reg to $20 if you can find the right company that would take the time to develop it.

Any search for Traveler Insurance is always going to bring up Travelers first, and related results will occupy the entire first page, I don't even see any development potential. Reg fee, at most.
