There are a bunch of websites and companies that operate under the JustDial name from what looks to me like all around the world, from Canada to India and back again.

So what do you think, will I run into TM issues, is there any value, do you see a possible end user for me?

Any thoughts and opinions are welcomed.

I know it's a trademark, 7 in fact, but can you figure out the trademark of whom?

I don't think I have ever seen a two word name used by so very many different companies that appear to have nothing to do with each other whatsoever.

JustDial.com operated by Just Dial Global Private Limited.

JustDial.ca operated by Just Dial Communications Inc.

Just-Dial.com operated by TalkTalk Telecom Limited London.

JustDial-UK.com JustDial-UK was founded in December 2002 and is a division of Xfone Inc, a US publicly traded (AMEX: XFN) international telecom company.

Of course, all these companies are in telecommunications in one form or another but non seems to have any form of exclusivity when it comes to the name JustDial. I wonder what legal issues arise when a mark becomes this confusing.

Also, I just looked and there are 7 different live trademarks for JustDial with the USTPO.

I'm sure if anyone with a claim wanted to come after me they could but I too wonder what difficulties they might have providing proof that they exclusive mark holder. I'm not sure that they would need to prove that but they might do to dilution?
