Transposing a name?

I'm curious as to whether or not it's at all profitable to transpose a two word catch phrase - for example - friendbest.com instead of best friend, or something along those lines... any input would be much appreciated!!

Personally, I wouldn't go for it at all. When I think "friendbest.com" I think of a site that will never get any click-through traffic and an unprofessional, cheap name.

i tried that once, still have not sold that domain until today.
