Transferred domain from Yahoo to name cheap but

I just transfered one of my domains from yahoo to namecheap but i still when i login to my yahoo account i can see that domain there, although it's successfully transfered to namecheap(atleast, thats what it says)
What should i do?

As long as namecheap shows it there, and locked, don't worry. Sometimes it takes the loser a little time to realize they lost you. I had a similar experience transfering a name from domaindirect to godaddy. I kept getting emails from DD saying- you better hurry up and reg it or you will lose it. But it is safe and sound in my GD.

Hi,

I disagree with the others.

Even though you transferred your domain away, you MUST cancel the
domain from your Yahoo account. Otherwise Yahoo will charge you the renewal fee for this "phantom' domain when the expiration date approaches.

If you can't figure out how to do the cancellation then call Yahoo customer service for help.

I do not like Yahoo but have found their support staff to be great.

Listen to Patrick, this happened to me. It's how Yahoo squeezes more money out of you. If you don't cancel this they play ignorant and charge you.
