I got a few domains and they're all at different registars because I got them at snapnames, can I move all them to my godaddy account so I only have to deal with the one registar if so is there anything I should know before I try it, like is it free or is it a hard thing to do or simple anyone can do it.

Thanks

You can do it easily - if the registrars are not the worst ones. Where were they registered?

well, the great big banner on godaddy's home page says "6.95 .com transfers", so no it's not "free", but they do give you one year registration extension with that, so it could be argued that the transfer costs you nothing in the end.

it's simple to do, just make sure your domain meets the requirements* for transfer before starting or you will probably have to get a refund and then try again later.

*main requirement is that the domain has not changed registrant in the last 60 days, you'll also need to make sure that you can receive emails sent to the email addresses on the whois (which you should anyway!)

edit: good point fab, yes some registrars really don't want to let you transfer out.

$6.95 aint bad but about the 60 days how do I figure that out I picked athese domains up at snapnames and clubdrop about a month ago but I guess the registrars they're at now are the ones they were at before I got would this be correct if so I guess I should have a problem.

Would this also make it easier to sell if they're all at registar like godaddy I think I'v read hear a few times some people dont like to buy names at some reisters.

Thanks
