domain TransferDomains.net, FindMyIp.net, and StudyChinese.net

I'm relatively new to domaining and saw that a lot of people advised against using automated appraisal sites. Thanks for any advice in advance.

These are all domain names that would work better when developed and will be easier to rank considering the keywords.
TransferDomains could be a tutorial website on how to transfer domains or you could act as an escrow service for domain swap.
FindMyIp - This has a practical use and the website can be monetized using adsense.
StudyChinese - Good name. Tutorial website having Chinese courses.

If you sell each of these, first 2 can fetch low xxx and StudyChinese can be high xxx

Thanks for the advice. What do you think about LaptopAccessories.net and AncestorySearch.com? I know that laptopaccessories.com redirects to another site. Does the fact that the .com not have a website mean anything when it comes to the appraisal?
