Transfer Expired Names to Moniker

it takes about a week to transfer. i do not think it is possible to transfer domains which have expired.

No this is the general time that any transfer regardless of the registrar normally takes

If they are expired you can't transfer them. You would need to first renew them from the current registrar, assuming they are still within the Grace Period.
