advice Transfer domain to another registrant

I have a domain related to the search engines with .co extension, wanted to transfer to Crazydomains from Uniregistry but not succeed.
It will expire soon .What s your advice for that?

Was it unlocked, do you know (possibly) why it failed?

crazydomains show the not transferring for now.maybe they just open for registration not for transfer.

Crazy's open for transfers just like any other registrar. Why not open a ticket and ask why the transfer failed? And maybe open a new account and start another transfer with a more user friendly registrar, like Epik (for example)...?
