I would like to introduce this website by saying: It is a guaranteed money earner. I spent 2 days solid optimizing the site, building traffic and creating my own script to sell.
The script itself is now 5 days old. I was planning to sell another version of the script that I bought off another website - but it simply didnt work. This website is selling its OWN working php script, all the trains were verified and added by myself. We even offer a trial version for download because we are so confident it'll sell.
Sales over the last 5 days has been $110, please scroll up and view the screenshot in the "Revenue" section. Even if traffic and sales were to totally drop off, this website is priced at just over 2 months worth of sales. I am accepting such a low BIN because I need the funds elsewhere, I can leave this website to sit and make money.
Maintenance shouldent require too much time but I'd recommend you check the script trains every so often. The script is very well structured and I will teach the buyer how to find/add new myspace trains.
I have decided not to be greedy with the BIN price. I have invested a fair bit of my own money into advertising so you will essentially be receiving targeted advertising too - traffic wont drop off after the buy. Even if sales were to waiver, the expected price websites sell for is 10x-12x monthly profit. You are buying for simply 2 months profit!
If you own a high traffic myspace website or have a large myspace account for bulletins, you can convert the traffic into buyers with very little effort.
