I have recently got involved in various projects, and have been off-loading sites off my back one-by-one. It is now time to sell the site which I think has most potential. I would also need some cash to fund some investment.

Before you read the figures, please be warned that this site needs serious and sustained promotion, without which the site will deliver only luke-warm success. The foundations have been laid, but it needs time and effort to continue exploiting this potential.

The website, www.TodayHits.com, sells targeted traffic, which is a booming industry on the internet at the moment. Much like the hosting industry in the past, this is the right time to get in, before it gets too crowded.

Included in the sale is the top domain name, TodayHits.com. The site features a clean and intuitive design and is fully automated. But you will have to process orders manually; once you get the money in your PayPal account. For every order, you need to buy traffic from your reseller, assign it to your client; and send a welcome e-mail. You will get a special reseller account from this sale, where you can buy traffic at 40-55% of the prices you are selling at. A secondary reseller account will also be provided. You might want to consider alternative resellers, as well. A full customer list containing 134 past customers (and targeted prospects) will be provided.

The site has earned a total of ~US$5,700 since January. Net profit after traffic costs has been ~$2,784. However, nearly 90% of this revenue was generated between January and March, after which promotion was effectively dropped. Very hard work was done on the site in those 3 months. Even after, there has been a steady, but slow, influx of customers over the last 2-3 months. The site has earned $360 in the last 3 months. Proof available in form of PayPal screenshots. Also, you will receive a full customer list (subject to an anti-spam agreement), which is the ultimate proof.

Traffic indicates a similar trend. The site used to receive 200-500 vistors per day; but currently receives about 35 visitors per day. With a conversion rate of 1% (which it has been doing), this is enough to easily rope in $150 per month.

The bottomline is that this site has tremendous potential to earn four figure incomes per month; as has been duly proven. But, it does require work. The initial hard-work has been done. If you have time and willing to put in further effort, this site will run like magic for you! Included will be a Client List of 134 customers (subject to an anti-spam agreement). This will be a priceless resource, in itself.

I am willing to accept any offers above $500, and I would be considering exchange in other forms (Other than money, for example, I might exchange this site with one/many of yours). I had received a complex $2250 offer in the past, but it involved an instalment structure (with only $250 downpayment) I am not too keen on. I would rather prefer $500 bid.

I am setting a buy-out price of $2,500.

I forgot to mention that the site includes an Admin CP where you can change all your prices. Also, there's a separate customised traffic control panel where you will buy and assign traffic, and where your customers can control their campaigns.

Buying price now down to $2200. You will get a successful site with potential to earn $2,500 per month (and has earned); and has been earning a minimum of $120 per month. Moreover, you will get a list of 134 past clients.

$150 a month is nothing? According the old law; the price should be $150x12 = $1800. At $750, it would be a bargain, I thought.

And it is 35 visitors per day. TARGETED traffic. I would rather prefer 1 visitor per day who buys anything than 1000 nonsense visitors per day.

I would appreciate if you don't go around trashing other people's forums and demeaning others sites. You are helping no one.

The current bid is $750. I have just got another $59 order, so there's a constant flow of orders without immediate promotion; due to the solid foundations laid.

Update: I am accepting offers till Wednesday.

I am knocking down the Buy Out price to $1250. However, I would be willing to sell for less than that.

If I do not receive a satisfactory offer, I would be more than glad to keep the site.
