Good day everyone,

Here is the deal. I'm putting my site and forum up for grabs this week. The hosting and domain name are expiring soon and if the site doesen't sell, I will be renewing the domain name and hosting.

The domain name is very simple and easy to remember. EF is the Japanese chassis for 88-91 Honda Civic's and CRX's. Many North Americans refer to their car as an ef or ef style. It is a widely used phrase to represent the chassis model.

This site is targetted to owners of the above chassis worldwide (huge population)

The forum was very busy at one point but it got hacked due to the old phpbb version I was runnning and I didn't have the time to work on it. It's still receiving a nice amount of unique traffic until this day. With enough people posting on the forum and getting it active again, this forum and site can grow huge!

The site has some minor flash on the main page and a sleek homepage design.
The Forum is running one of the latest phpbb version which I just upgraded (2.0.21)

It also has a customized skin and a hack I performed to avoid spammers from registering.

In the past 3 mths the site has been getting 1000-1500 uniques per mth with 2300-3700 page views.

I haven't advertised the site in over a year and i'm still getting a lot of traffic so this site has huge potential. The site has been added in to all search engines.

The site has no revenue because I don't have any advertisements placed on it.

The reason i'm selling is because I don't have time for it anymore due to other projects/work.

This is my first time transferring a site over to someone so please have patience with me if you decide to purchase the site off me. It would be a lot easier for both of us if you sticked with my hosting :P. I'm hosted with 1&1.

lol same here, I sold mine a year back. I had 5 of them.

I only advertised in North America, mostly in my area though (Toronto). The site just needs some worldwide advertising and it should boom.
