I have a couple of really high traffic domains... what's really the best way to make the most money out of each??!! I have one sitting on Sedo and the other I have ads on it... neither really does all that great www.mbsautoparts.com and www.bootfetish.info

As cliche as it will sound "development" is pretty much your best bet to get the most out of the names.

I checked mbsautoparts.com and I get car rental advertising. I would expect something like auto parts. Perhaps you should optimize your keywords to increase the CTR. Verify that your domain has been entered into the right Sedo category (this is critical for pulling relevant feeds). Also analyze your stats, see if there are referers of interest so you get a better picture of where people are coming from and what they may be looking for.
