I would go to their site and read their policies. I had a similiar worry about my domain googlevault.com
I had a google employee answer on the google webmasters (I am one) forum that a similar domain (googlehosting.org) was not in violation. Their logo is different and they state on their website that they are not endorsed or affiliated with google in anyway. I post the same info on my site. I've since ran a google adword campaign for googlevault.com (google screens their campaigns before running them) and made a google gadget and google module for it. I was told by others if google wanted a domain like mine it would be vault.google. Makes sense to me. I've had it published for awhile and never had google complain so like I said check huggies policies. In google policies it states that they would not approve of a domain like mine but it did not say not allowed. There is a big difference in "not approve" and "not allowed".
