Trademark question

B R O A D C A S T E R .mobi

Broadcaster is a generic word, but do you think it would be wise to develop it as a mobile media site, when the .com is owned by a company with Broadcaster trademarked? Any advice on going about offering this domain to them, or is that out of the question?

Is the media the of the .com related to the media of the .mobi. The word broadcaster in general is not a registered TM.

If the sites share similar use and since the .com and the site holds a TM this could be a problem. This also goes if you were to squat the domain.
