So I have an issue, i have 43 typos domains for one company. They are redirected to their site with an affiliate link. There is nothing in the affiliate agreement that says you can't redirect.

Other site members have actually publicly offered other misspellings on their own forums and staff never said anything about it. I emailed the company asking if they want their domains transfered to them and they never replied.

I personally don't want to use them anymore despite the 3-5K it brings in per year (3 years in a row) because of the potential unknown risks. I don't want to just drop them but would like to sell them for an appropriate price. What are the risks of selling them to a 3rd party? If it was ok to sell how would I go about doing so without putting myself out there since the goal of getting rid of them is to reduce risk.

But is there something in the affiliate agreement that says you can't use any
domain name bearing their trademarks or so?

There is nothing that says that either from what I have read.

if there making 3-5K a year why sell them?? surely for the last 3 years income you've gotten pasted the "unknowns"

assuming that you've been contacted, if you sell them, your still in trouble, if you havent been contacted and sell them, then the new owner takes responsibility, but not in all cases.

i would wonder why you want to sell such a good earner after 3 years of steady income over some "unknowns" caution tells me you've been contacted

I have never been contacted. I am involved in other business ventures and my risk tolerance for things like this have decreased.
