information Trademark holder Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act

Dear community,

trademark holder is trying to take all domain names from us using Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act, 15 U.S.C. §. We own them for many more year then their trademark exists.

There is a hearing in court in US where the Publicdomainregistry.com is located, but we are based outside of US so they filled in rem civil actions.

We obviously want to have our say, but since we can't be there in person.... could the hearing make the decision without us - without our side of the story?

You might be able to contact an intellectual property law firm in the area that they filed the claim. Example, if they filed in Los Angeles CA, then look for a intellectual property law firm in the Los Angeles area. They might be willing to represent you, but you're going to be paying $300+ an hour for their time.
