Where do I go to check trademark info?
I went to the us trademark and patent site.
But I am not sure if I am checking the name right.
And if there is no trademark issues now what happens if your domain name ( example: tastytreats.com) gets trademarked after you purchase the domain. Does that effect your domain even if you regged it before it was trademarked.

I believe if you regged it prior to the TM you are ok, makes sense.

go to www.uspto.gov > trademarks (search) on the left > New User Form Search (Basic) > type the Search Term + Submit query and voila! :D

If your domain registration pre-dates a registered Trademark, and you do not intentionally use your domain name to violate the said trademark, you will be fine.

When you view registered trademarks at www.uspto.gov, be sure you notice what the registrant's First Use date is because their rights to a term could be retroactive to that date.
