Outside of being a domain investor, not all companies have a "COM is king" mentality. They're quite happy with the domain they've got. They don't see the benefits, that those that know about domains do. For the "CO DOT UK" one, those in the UK actually sway on this extension anyway, more so than "COM" (especially if they're just a national business)
