Well..
domain swapping is a new business for everybody, so I guess the rationale behind the decision is still very
subjective. I have been
stuck with YUSU.com for some time now and most of the offers for it were about $500 or less.
It is also more difficult to target an
end-user because it is too
broad. With VirtualPawn.com, I am planning to use Google Adwords to sell to end-users or even list it up at auctions. At least I have a
specific target market that I can work on and sell it at $1,000 and above.
Rather than waiting around and getting $500 offers from fellow domainers, I can now seek out end users and hopefully turn around a fast $X,XXX...
Well, that is just me..YUSU.com is a
domain to hold for the long term, where as, VirtualPawn.com should be easier to sell and that gives me
liquidity.
Great discussion, NPers!
