Total Scammer Alert !!!

I want to report to you the scammer with

nicknames:


Pixeo

B&M Design




MSN adresses:

The story...

He hired me to create a website header and footer with child like style, with a lot of colors:

and a simple website footer ^^^

Also one t-shirt design with 2 variations of the text color.

All that for 50$

I done the job and he told me that he has a problems paying with his paypal. After a lot of conversations with him, he always said "I'll send the money." "Sending at the moment" "Sending now", he sent the money with the paypal of his friend and I uploaded the required images to his flux page, added the required CSS code and sent him the source files for the website and the t-shirt .

24 hours later, I receive a notification of paypal that the account of the sender(probably his friend) request refund, that his account has been "hacked" and the money are now on hold by paypal !!!

I hope that paypal will return my money back - that's the only fair solution.

Don't trust him in ANY way!

I have also 'worked' for 'pixeo' and urge you all to never even consider working for him.
After doing several jobs for him, as soon as it came to payment I never heard from him again until a month later when he contacted me requesting another job, I told him to pay up before I did it and he quickly disappeared again. The only time I have heard from him since is on a webmaster forum where he was trying to sell one of my designs.

For lack of a better word, he's a total wan#*&.

I found that he have a lot of accounts in other forums.

Probably he haves other duplicate nicknames too.

You can use the report post button and the staff can check him out

if the account got hacked then once paypal holds money back, it will be auto refunded to the buyer, based on my experience.

Could paypal check - everyone may say that his account was hacked ?

I guess it's a question of whether PayPal will even bother to look at the
evidence provided.
Seems that as long as it is a digital product/service, they tend to side with the
"buyer"...particularly so if the funds were stolen/unauthorized to begin with.

PayPal did it again. The money was returned to the buyer. I can't understand why PayPal can't change their politics...
