Send the user $5 on the poker website "Full Tilt" as he claimed he wanted to test his real money acct to verify that it would work. He said he would send the money in paypal once complete. Once received i would send him another $15 for the additional $15 in paypal. The user then blocked me. On a separate IM conversation.
