Torrents are dying slowly to Kodi like apps that stream without having to download, and store. Actually my brother couple of years ago got an email from our ISP. He was downloading movies and shows almost every day lol. The problem is the source and "sharing" such things, which Torrents tend to do.

The interest in torrents is decreasing steadily. Check it yourself on Google Trends: https://trends.google.com/trends/explore?date=all&q=torrent
Still, I think this could get mid $xxx if you are very lucky, but most likely low $xxx.
