Couple of years back, buying "The" keyword domain was really cheap compare to these days and I'm lucky to have some good names starting with "The".

Thanks AbdulBasit for your comment. 'The' is a strong prefix and is not cheap at all nowadays as you've mentioned. Recently 'The Coach' dot com went for $4955 and its seems the buyer is not an end user.

It seems the buyer of TheCoach is in my friend list at Facebook and he acquired for development purpose IMO.
