Now that I'm getting more into the development of websites, some of these names will not be on the market for much longer. Also, regarding the poker names, 4 Poker.ext names recently sold on Afternic between $1,500 and $2,000, and Poker.bs is right now on sale here, with a possible $2,500 bid floating on it. Poker.ext names go like HOTCAKES, and a couple years ago, you probably couldn't give them away. Imagine 2 years from now what they'll be worth...

A lot of the best names in this list are priced at less than what I normally would sell them for because I want some more sales right now...get them while the prices are low!

I have been PM'd a couple questions about these names and will post the answers here since it's good for everyone else to know.

1. Do these names get traffic?
A: Most of them get little or none. Besides Host.sh, the 2 highest traffic ccTLD names I have are Games.vg and TV.vg at about 6 uniques a day each. Only about a handful more average a unique a day or more. The value of each name is not in the traffic it brings (well, for Host.sh that is debateable!) but in the quality of the keywords. I would most certainly not be surprised to see successful sites on these names once they are in the hands of end-users.

2. Is the price for the whole portfolio negotiable?
A: That depends. Poker.in obviously makes up a large part of that portfolio price, and that $60,000 portion is 100% firm. Unless I break my leg and need the money (knock on wood!), I will not be going under $60,000 for that name. So if you subtract that name from the portfolio, that leaves $80,000 for the rest of it. That's the part that is flexible, but even still, I don't want to see offers that compromise all the work I've done and money I've spent to build this portfolio. I've spent more time on this 10% of my portfolio than the other 90% and IMO, it shows!

Also, some more tidbits on names:

Afternic Appraised names:

Business.tc
CMV: $ 17,900.00
PMV: $ 81,200.00
An estimated 20.6 million searches each month.

Game.ms
CMV: $ 5,100.00
PMV: $ 31,500.00
An estimated 106.3 million searches each month.

GiftIdea.de
CMV: $ 7,400.00
PMV: $ 22,300.00
An estimated 53.7 million searches each month.

GiftIdeas.de
CMV: $ 7,800.00
PMV: $ 23,300.00
An estimated 53.7 million searches each month.

Golf.vg
CMV: $ 8,800.00
PMV: $ 23,700.00
An estimated 11.6 million searches each month.

TV.vg
CMV: $ 1,600.00
PMV: $ 7,400.00
An estimated 15.2 million searches each month.

Other Similar Sales:

- Poker has sold in 5 extensions recently on Afternic (tc, gs, sh, vc, pk), from $1,500 to $2,250. Most of them sold as low as they did because 1 buyer made $1,500 reserve bids on 4 of those names between me and a friend of mine (I owned .sh and .vc, the friend owned .gs and .vc), negotiated down from higher prices due to volume. Poker.cg is DEFINITELY has a better extension for branding purposes, as (Poker.ComputerGames) and .rw is better looking than .sh and .vc IMO. I mean the value on individual ccTLD names is debateable, but they are undeniably $x,xxx names.

- TV.vc sold for $2,000 on Sedo a few months back. TV.vg has a better extension IMO.

- Game.com.my and Game.mx sold a few months ago in the same week for $10,000 and $4,000 respectively, and both are not even internationally available extensions nor is English their primary languages (.com.my = Malaysia and .mx = Mexico). All my game names are on internationally available extensions, with Games.vg being an obvious highlight with VG being a common short for Video Game(s).

- BusinessChannel.tv sold on Afternic for $10,000. I will be the first to say it is tragically oversold, but one thing's for sure: a sale like that is definitely not going to hurt the value of similar names. My favorite similar name that I own is Businesses.tv.

- Casino.hk sold fairly recently for $15,000 on Sedo, and a few weeks after, Casino.io sold for $6,300 on Sedo. Ironically, both of those names were sold to end-users who have been trying to resell them for $30,000+ and $12,000+ respectively. Casino.rw for high $x,xxx is frankly not too much to ask let alone mid $x,xxx.

- XXX.at sold last year for over $14,000. I wouldn't debate that .at is stronger than .md, but again, expecting mid $x,xxx for XXX.md is reasonable, let alone low $x,xxx.

Videos.nu has been SOLD! Get these while you can! Prices are lower than usual!

Added Game.vg and Music.cx (adding to the "game(s)" and "music" groups). Note the portfolio price hasn't changed. :)

Explorer.cc has been SOLD!

ANOTHER name added: Domains.sh. Prices of individual names now up over $180,000, yet I have still not raised the portfolio price. So if you get the portfolio without Poker.in, you're looking at $120,200 worth of names for $75,000. :)
