No. Even if a domain used to be registered, there is nothing that can track it since there is no domain to track. Alexa.com might have some information if the domain was once registered.
The best you can do is check how many searches have been done for the keyword or keywords that make up the domain. The Google Traffic Estimator can help with this, but this is not a very accurate way to tell.
And even if the Traffic Estimator says zero, you can still get quite a bit of traffic once the domain has a site with content that has been optimized and submitted.
