Here's one that should generate some interest and I'm wondering what you people think.
Kraft Foods has been leasing this domain since 1999 and have decided not to renew as of 1/1/2004, after which time it will be available for sale or lease to any interested party. I'm wanting to either sell ($20k+), lease ($275./month) or develop a site and am open to suggestion and comments.
Kraft Foods spent thousands of dollars in full page magazine ads, billboards, posters etc. advertising Altoid mints through the site.
There are approx. 300 links at google and quite a few articles.
eg: "...The site, Toohot.com, launched October 1, 1999, and was the focal point of the Cinnamon promotional campaign...The campaign ran through December and generated strong traffic over the three-month period, according to Burke. "It far surpassed our expectation."

Any comments as to value, marketing or web site development would be appreciated and I look forward to a very interesting future for this "old time" .com
