Uses?
Could be used as a quit smoking site, or keep it a resignation letter/education site, or both as I have done. Gets a ton of traffic for "resignation letters" being one of the first sites discussing that (1999). One idea would be to make it into a forum of some sorts, but I can see plenty of other ways to make this site hum too. The original idea back in 1999 was to make it a "send your boss a resignation letter via email".

Why Sell It, maybe?
I simply don't have time to spend on this site, and wish to pass it on to someone who could really make money with it with the right work/idea. I have too many other businesses in the fire, and the time has come to pass this on.

You could add a section for Domainers With Serious Addiction Problems. :hehe:

Hard to apprais as a website with out knowing some income figures but I would say low $x,xxx for the name alone.
