Went to dnslife's "DrugRobot" page and saw that name was available for lease. Leasing a DN is a topic I would like to learn more about.
Anyone done it, doing it, or have had any success w/ leasing? Is a normal lease agreement all that is entailed, or does the DN owner normally use own hosting co to subhost name to leasee? What are the liabilities to owner? (say, if site was being used for fraudulent activities).
What do you think of offering a one or 2 month lease for free (or at cost) as a sales incentive? ie, try the name out for 2 months for $20. :? A little development couldn't hurt the name. Don't know if there is enough incentive in this for potential buyer, however.
