Basing on DSponsor stats, yesterday it got exactly 15 hits.
Note also that Overture gives 1,936 results for Tnrcc without extension ... any single word/acronym which gets at least 1,000 overture results without extension is a good domain especially if under Dot Com

The best thing is that people digit it in error of hoping to find news related to the "Texas***Commission", this's new traffic not coming from a previously developed domain considering it has been undeveloped in the past too, as shown here:
