TM violation

I have a little question about TM violations....

When I register/park a domain like Ninja11-report22.com and a Software or game exist with the name
(Ninja11 report22 software/game).

When I use just the 2 first words and not the complete 3 with programm/software , bring me this in trouble=?

Not sure if I fully understand what you are asking but from what I do gather....Yes, you could still be infringing on a TM

I mean a game or software exist on the name "huntons car program" and the dot .com (huntonscarprogramm.com). ( This names are not real, just examples for my problem).

So, I go and register a expired domain like "huntons-car.in".

My question is: bring me this into trouble?

I ask, because I register accidently such a domain and I dont know it before.

I see it after a automated keyword check on the parking service .

There is a keyword "huntons car program" and the people click on this.

This ppc ad is maybe for huntonscarprogram.com. This program is from a very big software company

I dont know, what to do now.

Have I drop it?
