I own www.IdolFever.com

If i email say the "Australian Idol" about selling the domain to them would it be a trademark issue?

Like would they chuck a lawsuit on me?:lol:

I dont know its questionable.
Most of these "idols" have top level domains and dont have time or money to invest in a lower domain.

You'd be better off setting up a affiliate network selling the winning "idols" cds with amazon.com and then selling the site/domain. Just make the site really simple.

Austrailain idol
Teen idol
etc.
