I own a domain Hotels.diet I am planning to built a website on it and want to know if it can be trademark issue in any manner.

Just a small thought for you for the future, selling your name on flippa and asking about possible TM issues isn't going to help you sell it. Savvy bidders might be searching for info on the name and lead here, if they see you're asking about any TM issues it might scare off any serious bidders.
