Searching the US Trademark Database

Hey, I need to lookup the US Trademark database to check a certain domain name for any possible TM issue. Any suggestion? :gl:

http://www.uspto.gov/

on the homepage on the left handside you will find a link to trademarks leading to this url

http://tess2.uspto.gov/bin/gate.exe?f=tess&state=nkcqcp.1.1

thats where you can do your search...

It says "No TESS records were found to match the criteria of your query."

Does that mean the name doesn't have any TM issue?

if it says none found then that should be the case
