Title Changes

I searched this topic before making this post and found a number of posts addressing the issue but they were all relatively old and didn't really give any direct answers. Of course I could have missed a few.

My question is why can NamePro members not make small changes to an auction title? I can edit a Fixed Price "auction" as much as I like yet I am unable to edit the title.

Could someone please explain?
