domain TipsToDate.com value to end-users?

It's my first domain so I'm really not sure of its value.

How much do you guys think this domain is worth to an end-user in the dating niche?

2. Markets: Bloggers, marketers, vloggers, etc, in the dating niche.

3. Research: Google Adwords indicates that the keywords tips to date roughly gets 1k to 10k monthly searches. But combined with other related keywords it's at around 1M-10M

8. Age: New domain

As the domain name itself suggests that it is about tips on dating. I guess the value of this domain name would be based on development. That also content based blog or something similar to that.

Once you have done that then I guess someone would be willing to pay some money for it.

Otherwise this doesn't have much end user possibility as end user might have wide array of choices to choose from when going to something like this.

Hmm that's what I was thinking too, that most of this domain's appeal would be in the amount of traffic it has. Thanks I think I'll either drop it or try and sell it cheap for like 20 bucks since developing isn't really my strength.

500? woah that's way more than I thought considering it's my first domain, unfortunately since I'm new I doubt I could close a sale like that to an end user at this point.

Do you think I should hold on to it for now until I have more knowledge or just sell it for cheap like 50$ to a reseller?
