Maybe I am wrong, but I think sneaky redirects refers to after they get to the page, not redirecting to a relevent domain? Otherwise one would have 10 or so domains with the same info on them.

that's common sense though... why would you click on your ads?

also you can easily read their policies instead of their TOS to have better understanding of their rules https://www.google.com/adsense/policies
