Can you believe this email by AdSense ppl?

apparently if u try to contact them on a weekend by sending them a mail instead of responding to u on a weekday they autorespond to u with the following email now:

Never had this myself, but if it's real, I like it, Google don't often have a personal touch nowadays. :p

i mean for me it was just a general query. i wonder what happens for that person whose account is suspended and then he gets this email reply.

i think highly unprofessional . they are acting as if in normal circumstances they would have immediately replied back but in reality they dont do reply for days and weeks

Well I think this a good thing. I've received this before and even though it wasn't helpful to my personal question, this would help a lot of people who just have simple questions which can be EASILY figured out by reading a little (IE: How many Adsense ads can I have on one page?).

As for a response from a human, it has never taken me more than 2 days to get a response from them.
