Does anyone have experience and tips with buying premium domain names listed with registrars like fabulous and Afternic? I was wondering how much they usually come off the listed asking price in percentage terms.
A twoword .com domain, no hyphen, that has a creation date of 10 years ago has had a parked page with "This domain for Sale" with the same list price of $2,000 for the last 7 years and I couldn't pull up a screenshot prior to that.
I am intrigued in the name, but I am confident it isn't worth the asking price because
1. I have the single version of this domain and have had less than 10 visitors in 5 months typein that domain that points to a specific webpage
2. No one has purchased this domain for at least 7 years at the price they have it listed for.
Any tips?
