I have three extremely keyword rich websites / domain names for sale on behalf of a colleague who actually just wants to get shot of them for personal reasons. He has had the wife of a close personal friend die from Breast Cancer and doesn't feel good about running a couple of websites making money from Adsense Revenue etc about Cancer.
He wants to get shot of the names / sites, I am here to make sure he gets as reasonable a deal as is humanly possible.
Now the sites are as follows:
1. http://www.asbestoslungcancer.name
2. http://www.quitsmokingnowonline.com
3. http://www.breastcancerinformation.us (this last site is in the process of being transferred from one lapsed web hosting account to another live account and as such will be up later today)
Now all these sites / domains have lots of backlinks, established history (within limits bearing in mind damn all has been done to them in the past few Months) and are very very keyword rich.
Now as to a valuation. I am not going to insult anyone by saying these are worth ,000's but conversely they are worth more than just the reg fee.
The income to date has come from the sale of adsense (good keywords worth more than $3 a pop upwards - Adwords say it is nearer $8+ but we all know this is "insert expletive here") and the sale of paid links.
At their best these sites were generating $30 a month from Ad Revenue and links and will do so again within a very short space of time if handled properly.
Now as I said, these sites and names could do extremely well and someone could make some serious money out of this. I am not expecting offers in excess of ,000 as I wouldn't want to insult anyone's intelligence or waste anyone's time but these sites worth more than the reg fee. A $75 site would recap the investment back within 6 months at the minimum and possibly less.
At present the domain names are with Go Daddy but can be easily pushed elsewhere with minimal fuss. Also if required we can ftp the present web sites to your own webspace while you develop newer material for the site should you so wish. Depending upon where you wish the DNS details to be registered the whole exercise shouldn't take more than a few hours at most to complete.

An analysis of what limited revenue there is shows that Asbestos Lung Cancer is getting clicks at $1 per click, Breast Cancer Information is getting clicks that average 37.5 cents and Quit Smoking Now is getting clicks at 18 cents average. The links revenue is approximately $1 per link per month and they are getting about 6 links at any one time so with very little promotion these sites are making something....you guys can do the maths. With very little additional promotion and the age of the sites there is the possibility to increase the links revenue to $10 per month and then add more add revenue on top of that.
