domain Thoughts on part_app?

I've noticed it was mentioned here at NP few years ago, but domain was dropped maybe by previous owner.
I had hopes for one Italian real estate investment startup (partapp_it), but seems like they're not working anymore (even that they had investments from big funds), their founder contact me some time ago and offer $1k, I've rejected the offer.
What are your thoughts?
