.mobi Thoughts on .mobi brandables?

I have a modest list of .mobis that I would construe as being brandables.
So while they are not key words like music videos and such they are brandables that woud lend themselves well to development. What are peoples thoughts on brandables, are they a good investment?

Most of the names are brandables that I have not regged. :?

A couple I may develope (snappy.mobi: example) a handful I would flip yes.

if they are brandables that are actual dictionary words then it might be ok. if they are brandables like made up words then you could still get those in .com so I wouldnt waste money getting those in .mobi

I guess it all depends on how optimistic you are about .mobi. After all it is a very young tld. My preference would be to keep them short in length and know that it may be a while before you make a sale if at all. Of course check the tm's and see what is happening on the other tlds with the names.

And Neil is absolutely correct, if it's available in com, by all means get it there first.

I am more apt to go for dictionary word(s) that are already taken in the main extentions. Made up ones that are available in the .com... are always the way to go!
