This 7 minute clip gives a clue to why the Precession Of The Equinoxes in 2012 might be a very bad thing for us.

Apparently there is a "super massive black hole" at the centre of the galaxy and we cyclicly pass thru the gravitational 'galactic plane' - The Dark Rift as the Mayans called it.

Astrophysicists are waiting to see how it will affect us, but of course all the various prophecies tend to be united, cos being cyclical it's happened before. ETA when we pass thru in this 'cycle' 2008-2015.

Gonna be an interesting few years!
