It looks like counteroffer is posted, but still there is a nonsense error. "The other party " is not online, and can't change course of negotiation for 7 days.

It is impossible to know whether everything is ok, or not. I can't submit counterofffer again.

It ended with a sale, so that nonsense error was probably didn't affect anything. But it is a common "errror". Then I wonder, whether that error needs to appear to keep a negotiation alive.
