domain Thinking of Making Offer - Need Opinions

I'm thinking of making an offer to someone who owns elocal [dot] com

It's just parked, what do you think the domain name is worth?

Oh c'mon, help the guy out. In the end, If he said the domain was his's he'd have it appraised... It seems honest people always end up loosing.

I seriously don't know the value for that one, I could only see it developed as a forum (e-local).

I don't make the rules. If he wants an appraisal he needs to move it to another forum.

It is against the rules of the Appraisal forum to ask for an appraisal on a domain that you don't down.

Well there was already 91 previous offers on Sedo for this domain, so I'm pretty sure the owner wants some nice ammount of money.
