Consider why you are getting the name in the first place - investment, yourself as the end user, wanting to sell it, etc
If wanting to sell it, how many potential end users are there for that name? How will it provide real value for their business, so that they will be prepared to pay real cash for it? ALWAYS think from the customer's perspective rather than our own.
How is it better than what they have already got or would it be valuable to use in addition to what they already have? (eg .com where they have the .net, abbreviation or shorter version of their existing name, singular instead of their plural, exact match for their industry, existing traffic, search volume and CPC, etc)
