1. There are great deals/steels out there, and anyone can find them if they are willing to invest some time and be creative.

2. In this industry, no site or service is perfect, there is room for the little guy and room for improvement in every aspect. Youve got an idea? Its not too late to make it happen.

3. The old saying rings true - Takes money to make money. If you have the capital and the know how, you can do some "damage" in domaining and do it fast.

4. If your not learning and reading , your missing out on new oppertunity.

5. If you hesitate / procrastinate, someone probably will beat you to it.

Feel free to add your own Thoughts to this thread.... I just felt like sharing, so feel free to discuss if you disagree.

If you found a nice domain today, and did not register it, someone else will tomorrow.

Your LLLL.coms may be something like XJVQ.com, and to many people, its worth REG FEE !!! But to the End users, its worth $10,000 !!!
** those who follow the recent 4 letter sale at sedo will understand what i mean **

So never under estimate the value of your domains.

Also being a domainer really depends on luck, why ? read point number 2 again. :p

Luck? That's that thingie where preparation meets opportunity right? ;)

Isn't domaining an act of gambling if we're chasing the luck all the time?
Am I a domain addict? Maybe I'm ... I just checked for DomainAddict(s).com while I'm writing this D-:

That's why I bought DNanon.com (for true domain addict!) a few weeks ago. We should develop it. I just parked at Sedo hoping another compulsive name buyer will come along and click away!

yeah thats right

so here my thoughts:

like in every bussiness there are two ways:

1. Find something new / don't follow others

2. If you choose to follow others, then do it better

lol, thanks... I cant take complete credit for it, after all, it was sort of just handed down to me..

I would imagine yours is probably pretty good too, just a hunch.

I would have to say it really depends what you are trying to get out of domaining.

For some of you it's a full time thing. And so you have to attack it that way.

For me it's more at the side of things. . . so I'm happy with whatever I'm able to sell.

But it's true . . . even though a lot of names are taken new opportunities open up every day so keep your eyes peeled.
