ThestarHotels, Trademark issue?

Hello,

I reg'ed this Domain name "thestarhotels.com" But a Trademark is registered for "starhotels", is there anyproblem ??

StarHotels Trademark class,

"Primary Class: Scientific and technological services and research and design relating thereto; industrial analysis and research services; design and development of computer hardware and software".

So its good to use ThestarHotels.com for reviewing star Hotels?..

Problematic, unfortunately. If that TM record is accurate and factual, that's very broad (in terms of research which might include reviewing something).

Even if you make it a review site about hotels, apparently there's a (growing?) chain of hotels called Starhotels based from Florence, Italy as well.

After visiting the website StarHotels.com i understand few things, Starhotels is an Italian hotel group with 22 hotels located in exclusive destinations. So they are not behind the Trademark i guess...

I Deleted The Domain name anyway..
