Precious domain (country name/ city name + clear product), especially in the SE Asia's booming digital economy era. Governments in the region push for wider wifi coverage. Thailand has its "Bangkok Wifi" project to provide free wifi coverage across Bangkok. Vietnam had a singaporean firm offering to provide wifi across Ho Chi Minh City. Lastly, the Philippines's wifi project will go nationwide.
This is only the dawn of the internet era in SE Asia, since previously the internet infrastructure in the region is bad, hence plenty of opportunities for internet/ wifi project in corporation, government, and university level.
