There are a couple of 'freemiums' on the big CPA networks (mine too) that promote 'get free tickets to Kings Island' and places like that. Basically it's a banner or email ad. If the consumer clicks on the ad the next page to show up asks them for a zip or email submission. If the user puts in that info you get paid anywhere from $.80-$1.10 (mebbe more) for hosting the ad on your site and facilitating the 'action'.
The ad goes on to take the consumer through a co-reg path, hoping that they'll sign up for more offers before it gives them their 'free tickets' to an amusement park. This type of ad converts extremely well for some publishers. It's also sortof evil, because unwitting consumers are signing up for all sorts of offers with the hope of saving a few bucks and riding a roller coaster. Regardless of where you stand on the moral aspect of advertising on your site, it tends to be profitable if implemented. That's the bottom line.
And yeah, my network hosts a couple of offers like this so you can pm if ya want. Almost all cpa networks do, because they're so popular for whatever reason. :bingo:
